Yesterday I screened the movie “Making Waves“- in a word GOOD.
‭Pirates in the news this week includes the story of Deborah Stevens. Deborah is part owner of the Rule of law radio network and is currently entangled with the FCC for running a radio station in Austin without a license on 91.1 FM. Just this last week the FCC has levied & confirmed a 10,000 dollar fine. Mix FM on 91.1 Ottawa is back in the news.  Industry Canada criticized over handling of the pirate station. And John Anderson’s DIY media website has the review of FCC actions for 2009.
