‭Pirates in the news this week include a mention of a pirate station operating in Kenne NH 107.5 FM mostly Liberty Radio Network programming. A new unlicensed community radio station In San Francisco, Radio Valencia, that will fire up their mission district based transmitter in early July on 89.9. Free Radio Santa Cruz has had their transmitter evicted. Dublin dance pirate Digital FM have been taken off the air by Comreg officials. Radio Survivor is reporting that the FCC is starting to think creatively by stating TV channels 5 and 6 could be reallocated for non-commercial FM radio.
