‭Pirates in the news this week include a mention of how Spain’s Government has opened 109 cases against pirate radio and television stations since 2007. There is some more info on one of the NOUO from a couple weeks ago that was sent out to Leroy Simon for his station Flava 105.5 from a news story in the Telegram.com and John Anderson has a good blog post on his DIY Media site covering the seeming stalled LPFM legislation in congress.

Big hello this week to a new station the show is being aired on, WSCS 90.9 FM. And Andy Yoder is accepting pre-orders for his new 2010 Pirate Radio Annual. Check out the new Gulch.
‭Pirates in the news this week include David & Marie Duchatellier and Ronald and John Tingman received NOUO’s for broadcasting out of their residences. Chicago based 5 Magazine did an interview with pirate radio operator on the west coast to discuss his radio experiences.
